JE-CA Construction Services was founded in 2022 with a simple goal: to give clients a construction partner they can trust.

Led by Engr. Jerome P. Sabater, a licensed Civil Engineer with more than 12 years of construction management experience, our team brings practical knowledge, careful planning, and hands-on project management to every project.

We have worked on residential and commercial projects across Cavite and Metro Manila, helping clients turn their plans into spaces they can be proud of.

Engr. Jerome is a licensed Civil Engineer, Master Plumber, and DPWH-accredited Material Engineer I with more than 12 years of experience in construction management.
